OL2000 hyperlink to file doesn't work

Hi,

our custumer uses Outlook 2000 SP3. When they get an email containing
hyperlink to a website, it works fine, but when they receive an email
containing "hyperlink to a file" it doesn't work. It's in a fact a hyperlink,
it's blue, but when you click on it nothing happens. When i (OL2003) get the
same email, i can click on it and view the file....
any suggestions????

Check the settings to see that Outlook message format is set to Rich
Text and try again.
