OL 2003 - Email goes to Junk Mail

G

Guest

The bulk of my e-mail is going into my Junk Mail Folder. My rules are not
working. I've done the following and need HELP!(

Re-written each rule
Lowered Junk Mail Filter to lowest level in Outlook
Run Spy, Virus and Spam software
Dfrag of Drive
Detect & Repair of Outlook
Turned off all other programs running

Question: Could Outlook Mobile be causing this?

PLEASE any help is welcome.

No, Outlook Mobile wouldn't be the cause of this.

Try resetting your Junk E-mail rule. See this:

Dear Brian,

First I would like to thank you for your help.

I downloaded the program you suggested and there is no Junk Mail Rules row
to delete.

Under Associated Contents I only have 4 Rows:

Outlook Message Manager (Outlook) (KEY: Very long number <gg>)
Outlook Rules Organizer
IPC.MS.Outlook.AgingProperties
Messages

Finding this out I have deleted the last three Outlook Updates from
Microsoft and I will attempt to reinstall through Office Update.

Any additional advice is welcome and GREATLY appreciated.

Best regards,

Tony (AKA) Filcro

Well, it was worth a shot. Sorry it didn't help. I have no other
suggestions.
