OK crossfading!

So...I figured the problem to my last post using Creative Media Source
player, crossfading. So I go to WMP and this feature, though active and
able to be manipulated appears to have no effect. I still get the space
between tracks....any ideas?

I don't have a problem when burning, it's listening off the hard drive.

Burn to CD then recopy back to harddrive after deleting the gaps.

What file types are affected?
