Ofoto from Kodak

I have Microsoft XP on the laptop I recently received
new. My daughter sent me some pictures on the internet
using Ofoto. I have not been able to view them altho I
sent them back to her and she was able to view them from
her original email that I returned. We are both puzzled
as to why I cannot access the photos.

Do I understand correctly that the images
were an attachment in an e-mail message?

What format are the images saved in?

Are you using Outlook Express 6? If you are...
try going to...Tools / Options / Security tab...
and uncheck...
"Do Not Allow Attachments etc." / Apply / OK...

If this does not address the issue please post
more details.
