I have a client that uses her laptop for Email. She will
go online and download all her messages. She then goes
offline reads them all, replies to them, and then goes
back online to do a send and receive. This setup worked
good in her outlook 2002. I just upgraded her to 2003 and
it all started going down hill.
First we were using cached exchange mode and it failed to
download her new mail, but it would send. Now I have
changed her settings to use just offline files and it
will download the mail and send it. However, when she
goes offline, the messages disappear.
