Outlook 2003 downloads email multiple times..

Have one user in my office.. when she opens to get her email it's
downloading the same email multiple times.

For example, one person also in our office sends her an email and it comes
to her twice. One person in India sends her an email and it comes to her
FIVE times! I send her an email it comes through twice.

It's always the same too.. that same India fellow comes through five times.

I've checked the setting to "leave message on server" or whatever, but that
was already off.

Our email is hosted through Yahoo! Small Business.

As a note, we do have Norton Corporate Antivirus installed on our Win2003SBS
server.. it pushes out to every computer in the office. Nobody else has any
issues.

The lady just got in the office (she only works afternoons) and says it
doesn't happen all the time.

Some days she'll receive 1 email from the person, some days 2.
