offline IE installation

I have an older computer with only dial-up internet access. I would
like to install the latest version of internet explorer but need to be
able to download the complete installation files to CD-ROM from my
networked computer to be able to do this.

Where can I download the latest IE5 or IE6 installation files onto
CD-ROM for offline installation on my old PC?
