Download IE6 for offline installation

Is there a way I can download the entire IE6.1 SP1 for installation offline?

I have a friend whose PC only has a slow net connection, and is loathe to
upgrade IE6 using that - 25Mb roughly, it'd never get there!

I want to download the whole thing on my PC, stick it on a CD, and install
it from that - but seems I can only download the active online setup tool or
buy a CD of it if I am in the USA (which I am not!).

I know I did it years ago with IE5, but can I find instructions for
6........!!
