Download IE6SP1 complete

I want to install IE6 SP1 on a Win98 PC that only has access to a slow
internet connection. I wish to download the complete install on a broadband
connection (not just the iesetup.exe) so I can burn it to a CD and take it to
the Win98 PC to install. Where can I find the complete download?
