Hello,

I have a problem when I setup offline files to be
synchronized on my laptop with sub folders. The problems
is I get all the files stored in one directory with no
folders present. All the data is there without any folder
structure from the original location. Could someone help
me figure out why this is happenig? I have also tried this
on another computer and still have the same problem.

Thanks,
Mike Triber

Hi

When you are offline, do you access the same drive letter
that you use when you are online (then you should see the
folder structure)?

I only have it as a shortcut not a drive mapping.

I assume this is Outlook 200X? I this is folder under
Inbox, or is it another folder you created. Make sure
that you have selected ech folder that you want synch
under tools>options>offline folder settings. There you
will see your folder structure. Make sure there are
check marks beside each folder that you want.

This is not outlook. This is folders only and I have a
check next to each folder.
