Offline Files - SubFolders

I have set up offline files for some of the users here who have laptops and
take them home, and everything works fine. The only problem is the directory
structure disappears when you do this. Is there any way to keep all of the
sub folders in place and have the files available off line?

you have created "put offline file on the desktop". this is not the right way
to do it. Create a shortcut to the folder which u want or already sync.
