Offline Files Checkbox and Disable Fast User Switching

This is a redefined symptom of a previous post. We use RIS imaging

When Remote Desktop is checked (my computer properties), Offline files gives you the following text and cannot be selected at all:> Remote Desktop is configured to support Multiple connections. Offline files cannot be enabled with Remote Desktop in this configuration.

After unchecking Remote desktop (which we need) offline files set up OK except, we need remote desktop and the Checkbox for enable offline files clears after rebooting

We have noticed User Accounts in Control Panel and disabling fast user switching before joining the domain may help. After joining the domain the fast user switching service (services) is disabled, but there is no way to get the same view as when you were in a workgroup

We are going to put a PC back in a workgroup and try configuring first

We were able to fix our problem, but it's not solved

We run a program called Active Card Gold Version 2.2. I simply uninstalled it, and reinstalled it. The computer has to be on the Domain, not in a workgroup

Now, we see Remote Desktop and Enable Offline files, and they both work.
