Office XP

I had to restore my computer when everything went
haywire, now I cannot install the office xp small
business, I use the authincity number but windows willnot
recognise it
What do I do?

Are you sure you're using the CD key that came with this specific computer?
Is it on the jewel case that came with your Office CD?

Note - this question would best be posted in an Office newsgroup as it isn't
related to Windows XP particularly...
