office untimate 2007

I can not get access to online help from any of my office 2007 program. e.g
On EXCEL OPTION, THEN RESOURSE WHEN I CLICK ONLINE HELP I AM GETTING MESSAGE
PROGRAM IS NOT PROGRAM IS REGISTER TO OPEN THIS FILE. I HAVE A LEGAL PROGRAM
ON MY COMPUTER.

Writing in CAPS is considered YELLING on the internet.

The error usually means that something is not registered in the Window's
registry. Try running Diagnose - Office Button, Excel Options, Resources,
Diagnose.

You might also try reinstalling if that doesn't work.
