stdole32 error

I just purchased a new computer and installed Office Enterprise 2007. All is
well, except everytime I open Excel, I receive a "stdole32" error. My only
option is to click "OK". Excel then attempts to "complete" the setup. Excel
opens fine, but the issue still exists everytime I open Excel. I've seen
several repair solutions online, but none of them seem to work. Any
suggestions?

Without knowing what you have already tried how can anyone offer you another
solution ??
The ultimate solution of course is to completely uninstall Excel (inc.
registry entries) and reinstall!
