Office Pro/Outllok 2003 freezes

I installed Office Pro 2003 and the problem I have is; Outlook and Winfax Pro. ver. 10.2. Both programs freeze after the first action taken. I removed Outlook and then I worked with Winfax without a problem and vis-a-vis when I removed Winfax.
Prior to the new software, Winfax Pro 10.2 worked just fine with Office Pro 2000. Does anyone out there has the same problem or the answer to this headache?

ditto me... it started out fine. all of a sudden it freezes after one action AND it reverts to OL 2002 (mine was an upgrade). no mail comes or goes. everything is goofy.
