Outlook error "An extension failed to initialize."

I get this error message whne I launch outlook. I have
outlook XP on XP professional. I also have Winfax Pro
10.2. I have unistalled Winfax and still get the error
message. I have also unistalled Office and reinstalled
but still get error message.

Any thoughts on the issue?
 
Did you fix it?

I'm having this problem now and was wondering how you fixed it.
