winfax 10.0 in WinXp Pro SP2, Outlook 2003

when Outlook 2003 closes, an error message is created that it has encountered
a problem and needs to close (already closed) upon deeper inquiry I find
WInfax is causing it. I don't use winfax from outlook. How do I fix this?
Extremely annoying. Everything is fine, no problems with either WinFax or
outlook. But this thing keeps popping up!

By the way, I read the info file on the Microsoft site. I have WinFax 10.03
And it still goobers up!
