Office outlook 2007 issue

Hi there

I am having an issue wit a clients install of Office 2007 Proffesional.
He lives in a remote area so dial-up is all he can get.
When he tries to send an attachement it will sometimes send multiple copies
to the same individual. Seeing as this is dial-up this is an issue. It seems
to happen randomlly or when he tries to send multiple attachments. These
attachements are usually .pdf's as he does lots of mapping.
He had Office 2003 Proffessional and he could send anything he wanted with
no issue's. We did a complete wipe and reload and he went and bought Office
2007 and has had this issue ever since.

Any help would be welcome.

If he is using a virus scanner that integrates with Outlook disable this
integration and try again.

Yes he is running Trend PCCillin'
I will ask him to disable and try it and se what happens.
