Office 97 on xp problems

IN ACCESS I get a message can't find "rd" format. Is this a regestry problem?
 
I've never heard of "rd" format in the context of Access. What are you doing
when that message appears?
 
Cannot load "rd"is the message and it occured when I was trying to add
information to a music data base.
