Office 2003 push

I am trying to push out office 2003 to some test users.
But the only apps that install are Infopath and Publisher.
I have created an .msi install from the admin point on my
network which went fine. I also created a .mst file that
went fine. I am just missing the main applications to
Office 2003. I check the event viewer and everything is
goes okay with the push down. If I just try and run
the .msi from the admin point, I choose add new and it
will let me install all the apps I am missing. Any help is
greatly appreciated.....

My suggestion as a first step here is to rerun the Customization Wizard in
the Office 2003 resource kit, create a new GPO (and make sure to apply the
transform), and see how it goes.

I have rerun the Wizard already at least twice and have
created a new GPO without any luck..... Any other
suggestions?
