Hi,
I have created an admin install point, and created a transform (mst) that is
applied to my STD11.MSI file. I then created a GPO for an OU that assigns
the install per computer. When I try to add the MST via the modifications
tab, everything is greyed out, so I can't.

Delete the package in the GPO, assign it again and apply the
MST in the moment, prior you hit "OK".
After integrating the package it can´t be changed, it has
to be created with the MST during the same dialog

Hi,

When you create the package - choose "advanced" instead. It will allow
you to add the MST file to the package but only on creation.
