Office 2003 on a Terminal Server

I have a windows 2000 Terminal Server that I recently installed Office 2003
on. I am running into the weirdist problem. Only users with administrator
rights can perform a send/receive from Outlook. Right now if the user clicks
send receive the status window remains blank and their is no progress
indicator. Any thoughts? Both Office and Windows are 100% up-to-date.

havnt seen this before but was the officeinstallation done before or after
you made the server a Terminal Server? :)

After it was made a terminal server. I reverted back to Office 2000 and
Outlook worked fine. It seems Outlook needs to be able to write to the
registry which of course users without admin rights cannot do.

was the server in install-mode? because if not that might be the source of
the problems :)

I went to add remove programs and browsed for the setup.exe. In windows 2000
when you try to install office 2003 by double clicking the exe it brings up a
window which tells you that you cannot install using this method. I have done
numerous Office upgrades but this one has me stumped. I have even used the
removal tools to remove all traces of Office 2000 and Office 2003.
