use office 2003 in terminal

Hi, I've just installed a windows 2003 server terminal
I've made my users part of the RemoteDesktopUsers and they are able to access as terminal users
I've installed office 2003 pro and I want to use it ad terminal user. The program start but after a few seconds appear this warning:"this caracteristic is not available. Contact your system administrator"
I use also an access program, this work after I have authorized its folder to the terminal user. Must I authorized the Microsoft Office folder too?

Yes, first I had installed the terminal service and then the office 2003
But you said that the terminal user need at least a read&execute permissions to the office folder
I think is better if I'll extend this permissions to all the hard drive for the terminal user's group
