I would like to be able to use this on my network the
only thing is alot of are users are on are network but
don't log into are domain. We already have the policy set
on the domain to make this work for users that log into
the domain but is there a way to make it work for users
not in are domain? Like a reg hack or something?

No, AFAIK you can't... You can, however, setup RA using the file invitation method to have shortcuts
to the non-domain users on your desktop for a workgroup environment. The downside is you need to
redo the invitation files every so often. Here is a small page that may help with this including how
to maximize the expiration time for the invitation beyond the default 30 days...
