OE won't open. Please help!

When I try to open OE, the blue welcome box comes up but
then I get a message saying that OE has encountered a
problem and couldn't open. I've never had this problem
before and it just started this morning. Please help me,
this is an emergency for me.

Hi Kelly. For one reason or another...my OE would not open earlier today. When clicking on the email button, I would get the window that opens when using Tool|Options. That was it... no OE window. I thought I was going to have to resetup my email again. Then, since I knew it was working perfectly yesterday, I went to System Restore and used Jan 15th restore date and let it restore. It automatically shutdown and rebooted. After going back online, clicking on my email icon, I was back in business. Just be sure to pick a date beyond this problem to restore. You can reach the SR location by going to Start|All Programs|Accessories|System Tools and scroll down to bottom. OR you can use Start|run and type in MSCONFIG and OK... and launch System Restore from there, plus there are other places... Regards
