Hiya there

I recently installed service pack 2, Since then i have been unable to click
links in OE based newsgroups, when i hover over it changes to the hand like
usual but clicking has no effect, and no security warnings are given, is
this a default SP2 setting?

Also ive found that in Frontpage 2003 the links to the web on the help bar
wont work in exactly the same way, so maybe this is effecting all office
products.

Also as i understand it setting my OE settings to always view messages as
plain text would avoid graphics loading that people have included in their
post, or do i completley miss inderstand these settings ??
