OE messages question

In Outlook Express, for Hotmail account one can check `Marked for download
message bodies' (when offline), and when you go online and start OE the
checked messages would be downloaded.

Why it is not happening for NEWS messages in OE.
Any solution for this? Thanks for any help.

In Tools | Accounts | News | Properties | General, Check: "Include this
account....." . And in Tools | Options | Read, Uncheck: Get XXX headers at a
time.
