I can't find a way to upload a dump file created on another pc that has no
internet access.
I seem to remember that some time ago there was a link in oca.microsoft.com
to upload dump files bur now I was only able to see old analysis.
Anyone can help me?

Hi Paolo-
You used to be able to manually upload dumpfiles to
Microsoft, but this functionality has been removed. At
this time, the only other option is to send the dumpfile
to PSS and they will help debug the problem.
