Obtain DNS server address automatically

We have a small lan with a W2K Server/Domain Controller, five W2K Pro
workstations and cable internet access via a firewall/router. We
have disabled the DHCP server on the firewall and let the server
distribute IPs. Each workstation is set to obtain their IPs
automatically but I have to manually assign the ISP DNS server
addresses or else I get a "IE could not open search page" message when
accessing the internet. I would like for the workstations to obtain
the DNS server address automatically like the IP addresses.
The server has the following TCP/IP settings:
IP = 10.10.1.1
mask = 255.0.0.0
default gateway =10.0.0.20
DNS pref = 127.0.0.1
DNS alt = blank

Set the preferred DNS to the IP address of the server: 10.10.1.1 instead of
127.0.0.1
