Object moved to here. ???

I've successfully set IE Home Page to mymsn...however, I'M
FREQUENTLY getting this message "Object moved to here." on
a balnk blue screen when I open IE...if I click the
hyperlink on "Here", it always takes me to mymsn, but
whats up? I've even set the "forwarded" page as home
page, but still the problem persists. Would be grateful
for any suggestions.

Thanks very much...I'll try your suggestions...I've just
last week installed Norton Internet Security, but I'm
still (unbelievably)getting some popups, and the "Object
moved" issue.
Thanks again, Paul
