"object moved to here"

Some of the time (one time out of five or so) I get a
message "object moved to here" when I try to open
Internet Explorer. Clicking on the "here" sometimes gets
me to a desk top,other times not. Any ideas? Windows and
IE came with the computer (Dell) and Dell has beenunable
to help.

Not sure if applicable to IE 6 but it may give you some clues.
