O2k3: OLE Registration error, when Dragging an email

Have a user that when he clicks on a message in his inbox and begins to Drag
it to a folder, he immediately crashes with the:
"An OLE registration error occurred. The program is not correctnyl
installed. Ren Setup again for the program"

We're already reimaged his entire laptop and he said it was working for a
while and then died. He was getting this before the reimage, and now again a
couple days later.

He also cannot do any dragging of icons or files in windows explorer either
so not sure if it's a virus but SYmantec didn't find anything and that should
have gone away with a reimage.

Any idea on what might be causing this to occur?
