OLE Registration Error

While opening Microsoft Outlook - I immediately get the error message "An OLE
Registration as occurred. The program is not correctly installed. Run Set-up
again for the program".

I have ran the set-up many times and I keep receiving this message.

Anyone has an idea on what can be done to fix this ?

I read your reference but
1) when I open Outlook, I don't get the first error message (stating that
Outlook requires Outlook Express 4.01 or greater)
AND
2)I use Outlook Express 6 since I cannot use Outlook.

Are you sure this correspond to my problem ?
