OLE registration error

Something has happened to MS Outlook and will not start.
This is the message I receive...

An OLE registration error has occured. The program is not
installed correctly. Run setup again.

I have reloaded it and tried the repair and
troubleshooting each several times. I am at a loss. It
will not allow me to open it or access my emails.
 
Has your problem been solved? I have exactly the same problem and need help
