O2007 Initiate email on template from contacts

I have distinguished several contacts by category and wish to email them from
a template. If I start from the template I cannot locate them in the lookup
by category (my only way of identifying them). If I start from the contact
list, sorted by category, I can initiate a blank email but not one from the
template. Any suggestions?

You could create a second (maybe temporary) contacts folder, and copy the
contacts of a category to it. From the template it shoudl be possible to
select the contacts of that folder.
