Send email to all of a Contacts email addresses

Rob

I am using Outlook 2007.

I am sending an email to all contacts in a category. Therefore, I view my
contacts by category, highlight the categories that I want, and then choose
Action, Create, New Message to Contact.

Then the new email opens up. But here is the problem. Only the first email
address for each contact is included. I want the email to go to all the
email addresses for each of the contacts in those categories.

Can anyone offer me some help?

In testing, I have found that if I follow the same procedure, but only
highlight an individual contact, instead of whole category, it does send an
email to all of that contact's email addresses.

Why doesn't it do the same when I highlight a whole category. How can I do
this?

In further testing, as I stated above, if I highlight one contact, and then
choose Action, Create, New Message to contact, it send an email to all of
that contacts email addresses. But, as soon as I highlight 2 contacts, and
then choose Action, Create, New Message to contact, it only sends an email to
the first email address of those 2 contacts.

Please help!

Help with what? Outlook is performing as designed. Maybe you just discovered
it, but we've know it all along.

Why are you flooding ONE recipient by sending to ALL their e-mail
addresses that you choose to record? You really think each recipient
wants to get more than one copy of your SPAM? Since you are attempting
to flood each recipient at all their e-mail address, yep, you are
spamming. If some a-hole did to me what you are trying to do your
recipients, you would get one reply from me noting that all your future
e-mails will be immediately discarded hence never viewed and then I
would enact that threat.

This is not a pro-spam newsgroup.

Wow, tough response. I am not a spammer. I understand clearly that I don't
want to send the same email to the same person's email.

Next time, remember it is possible that you don't understand the whole issue.

The category that I am sending to includes contact records for husband and
wife teams. I have the husband and wife in one contact record. Therefore,
email 1 is for the husband, and email 2 is for the wife.

Wow.

Russ,
You are so helpful. Wow. If you can't be polite, than maybe you shouldn't
be responding to people's questions...

I didn't see a question. Perhaps you could pose one. I'm not sure how we can
help you make Outlook work differently than the was it was designed and the
way it was intended.
