Is it possible to create two numbering styles associated with a heading
style? For example,
1. Introduction -> Heading 1 style
1.1. [paragraph text] -> Body Number 1, a style depicting numbered paragraph
1.2. [paragraph text] -> Body Number 1, a style depicting numbered paragraph

2. Product Description
2.1. Product Perspective -> Heading 2 style

3. Terms & Conditions
3.1 [paragraph text] ->Body Number 1, a style depicting numbered paragraph

However, when I attempt to restart number for 3.1 I get 1.3 and not 3.1. Is
it possible to associate Body Number 1 with Heading 1?

Thanks Stefan. I've already gone through the content shown by the link. It
only talks about Heading 1, Heading 2, etc. I have a need to have two (or
more) styles associated with a style (in this case the Heading 1). Any ideas,
please?

If you want a style's numbering to be restarted by another style, they must
both belong to the same numbering scheme. See

You can attach any paragraph style to a level of an outline-numbered list;
it doesn't have to be a built-in heading. However, you cannot attach more
than one style to the *same* numbering level. Instead, if you want two
styles to "share a level," base one on the other. For example:

1 Heading 1
2 My custom heading 1 (based on Heading 1)
3 Heading 1
