NTVDM and 16 bit applications.

Hello, I was wondering if tweak or any util is available out there that will
give you a right click option to manage your NTVDM applications in the system
tray? The reason why I ask is I am setting up my Excalibur BBS that is a 16
bit driven software. I would like to manage my programs in the system tray.
Please let me know of your advise.
