NTSC one partition is missing

I installed Windows XP on a new computer but it did not give me an option to
format the file system as FAT 32 and only NTSC is available (Quick and Normal
Speed).

I formatted the first partition as 32GB NTSC. And I installed WIndows XP.
I can no longer see the 2nd unpartitioned logical drive. Is there a way
that I can partition it to NSTC or see it appear on My COmputer?

Thanks MVPs! ^_^

Presumably because you wanted to create a partition larger than
32GB. XP will not let you create a FAT32 partition larger than
32GB (although it will happily use one if you first create it
externally).

Presumably you mean NTFS.

Right click on My Computer, then go to Manage | Disk Management.
