XP File system issue

I installed Windows XP on a new computer but it did not give me an option to
format the file system as FAT 32 and only NTSC is available (Quick and Normal
Speed).

I formatted the first partition as 32GB NTSC. And I installed WIndows XP.
I can no longer see the 2nd unpartitioned logical drive. Is there a way
that I can partition it to NSTC or see it appear on My COmputer?

Thanks MVPs! ^_^

Go to run, type:diskmgmt.msc In msc,R.click on the unallocated free space,
select, format, the wizard will guide you thru.

By the way it's called NTFS not NTSC.
