ntoskrnl.exe causing save dump

below is a copy of the save dump i constantly keep getting
any ideas anyone.

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck
was: 0x0000000a (0x00000000, 0x00000002, 0x00000001,
0x8042d040). Microsoft Windows 2000 [v15.2195]. A dump was
saved in: C:\WINNT\Minidump\Mini120603-02.dmp.
