The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck

the pc reboots on floppy disk access, randomly. the
following is the error msg in event proprerties:

"The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck
was: 0x000000d1 (0xff8cf3db, 0x00000015, 0x00000001,
0xed2cb902). Microsoft Windows 2000 [v15.2195]. A dump was
saved in: C:\WINNT\Minidump\Mini123103-02.dmp."

can anyone help?

STOP 0xD1s are very generic. Its most likely a kernel mode driver that is
causing the problem. What were the last things done to the machine? When
was the last reboot? Does the machine boot properly afterwards?
