NTLDR File is missing

Hi all,
I'm receiving the following error message whenever I restart the computer:
NTLDR is missing
Press CTRL+ALT+DEL to restart.
I found the problem at the following address from microsoft support center:
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;320397&Product=win2000
however they say I need to obtain the Bcupdate2 utility. Somebody please help me to obtain this program.

you can get the copy of the file from the CD
