Have Win2000 Prof. and a 203gb SATA HD. After copying 4th
set of 120,000 files to a root folder, the system rebooted
showing: "NTLDR is missing". Article #320397 is clear.
Resolution recommends obtain the "Bcupdate2 utility".
Question: where do I go to get it?

The answer is in the same document that tells you to get the utility.
In fact, it's in the same sentence.

Hello Dale,

If you are running Windows 2000 Professional SP1 or SP2, you will need to
call Microsoft at 800-936-4900 to obtain this utility. When you call,
please reference knowledge base article 320397.
