NTL have been having a few upgrade problems with regards to both TV and Broadband in my area of abode, I spoke to an Indian lady last week by telephone [long way to drive]. She was very helpful and told me if the problem persisted to contact CS. Today I did so, result £30.00 refund and £8.00 reduction on all future invoicing.:D

That’s what I call customer care. Excellent NTL keep it up:thumb:

Hmm. Well. Yep, nice to have a refund, but....

Myself, I'd rather receive the service I chose to pay for.

I have been with them for 11+ years and really the servive is A1 apart from the upgrade ongoing and really its no great problem, I have had 5mb upgrade from 2mb broadband + extra channels on TV, FREE phone calls on week ends to any landline in the UK and a reduction on normal calls + what I previously said the £8 reduction is for life;)
