ntbackup on XP sp2

I am trying to use the ntbackup command from the command line and it tells me
that "it is not recognized as an internal or external command,operable
program or batch file."
If I go to START, ACCESSORIES, SYSTEM TOOLS, it is not listed as a choice.

What should I do or whar is the problem

Nevermind. I figured it out. Did a google and realized it was not there
because HP didn't install it. Figure out how to install it and now it is
there
