ntbackup has dissappeared from my computer

The Windows XP backup program, ntbackup, no longer exists on my computer. I
have searched my computer for ntbackup, but no files exist related to
ntbackup. I can see it in the System Tools menu on another computer and find
it when I search on that computer, but it no longer exists on my computer (I
thought it had been there before). What should I do to restore nybackup?
Should I reload the Windows XP accessories for the disk, copy ntbackup from
another computer, or something else? I would appreciate any help.
