NT4 to 2003 migration

Sorry if you see this post twice. It didn't show up the first time for me.

I have successfully migrated several networks from NT 4 to Windows 2000 and
Active Directory. I am being asked to take one from NT 4 straight to server
2003. I am familiar with 2003, I just haven't done this exact scenario. Are
there any issues that I wouldn't already know about? Are there any issues
specifically upgrading an NT 4 domain controller to 2003?

The process of upgrading NT4 domain to 2003 is the same as upgrading from
NT4 to 2000. If you are using Win9x to NT in your network, then this
