NT/RPC - How can you get your computer to start correctly

I received your message to disconnect from the internet.
Will that make it start windows correctly? And how can
you download the "update" if you're not connected to the
internet? Thanks for your earlier message. Just need a
little clarification on how to download. Thanks so much.

Linda;
DISCONNECT the subject computer from any network IMMEDIATELY.
VERY IMPORTANT to repair, closing ports is NOT enough.
Download the patch from the Windows Catalog.
